In my twenty plus-years of involvement in the figure and bodybuilding industry, I have learned to appreciate the importance of mental and physical fitness. Through personal training and the promotion of drug free NPC bodybuilding and fitness contests, I have made a conscious effort to help individuals improve their mental health and physical caliber.
My goal through this site is to continue to help others by providing nutrition information, and personal training services which include hands-on training and personalized workout routines.

Contest Entry Form
ATTENTION TEENAGERS (16 yrs old - 19 yrs old).
Due to lack of teenage competitors in our FALL event, we will ADD a TEENAGE DIVISION at our upcoming October 6th, 2012 NPC NATURAL NORTHERN USA CHAMPIONSHIPS if we receive at least 5 entries from teenagers 16 - 19 years of age on October 6th, 2012. Simply enter the contest in the JR. MEN (23 & under) and/or OPEN MEN (weight divisions, unlimited ages) ALONG WITH A NOTE stating that you are a TEEN and would like to compete in a TEENAGE DIVISION if we have enough competitors. We will contact you once we receive 5 or more entries in which case you can chose to move your entry into the TEENAGE CLASS. You will also have the option to "crossover" into the addition classes (JR. MEN and/or OPEN MEN) with an additional crossover fee.

PLEASE NOTE ** Our April 6th, 2013 (NEXT YEAR) NPC NATURAL OHIO (open) CHAMPIONSHIPS will definitely have a TEENAGE division!

Directions: Take I-90 to the Bunts Rd exit, North. Lakewood High School is approximately 1 mile North of I-90 on the left side (you will see the high school football stadium), at the corner of Bunts Rd and Franklin Blvd.
